Because we have chosen to stay small and personalized, Mary Castle Bartolucci guarantees that your wedding and events leading up to it will be coordinated with you and your vision in mind. Being located on St John, in the US Virgin islands, our location already provides the magical atmosphere that many other locations must manufacture.

We specialize in complete wedding coordination. All details from design concept, planning and coordination of your island wedding are available through Island Style Weddings. We are the contact for all of you and your guests needs. We plan all group activities from welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, beach BBQ’s, sailing trips, arrange guests accommodations, ceremonies and reception- for information on these services please visit our coordination page.

Ceremony Packages

At Island Style Weddings we offer all levels of assistance to ensure your wedding is flawless and stress free. Everyone’s needs, budget and comfort level are unique. If you are planning a multi-day celebration for your family and friends, we highly suggest you consider complete wedding coordination. Some couples are comfortable with organizing all the pre-planning details. We do encourage you to enjoy your wedding day and allow us to handle the wedding day details. Island Style Weddings is happy to offer wedding day coordination – from ceremony through the reception, we will guide you on each detail and also execute the day flawlessly for you.

We realize that some couples desire the simplicity of a ceremony only package. All of our clients are given unlimited consultations by phone or email to ensure all of your questions and concerns are addressed.
  • Our job is to walk you through the marriage license application process and file the license with the court after your wedding. You can relax knowing that all the legal details are taken care of and enjoy your honeymoon!!
  • A certified copy of your license mailed to you within 30 days of your wedding date.
  • A face to face pre wedding meeting with Island Style Weddings to personally review all details of your wedding ceremony.
  

Island Wedding Officiate - $400
For your wedding ceremony or vow renewal ceremony.

Whether you are saying “I do” again or for the first time. Island Style Weddings’ officiate service will meet you prior to your wedding day discuss your ceremony face to face. We also provide you with a selection of ceremonies or the opportunity to create your own with Island Style Weddings’ exclusive wedding workbook. You will also be given a keepsake copy of your ceremony and decorative wedding certificate.
